16 days together in the world capital of Tango, experiencing Argentine traditions and culture, accompanied by an "Argentine" guide throughout the trip who will share stories about the locations and history of Argentine Tango.

• Accommodation with half-board (lunch included) at a 4-star Superior hotel (15 days) in the Buenos Aires Microcentro

OUT-OF-TOWN EXCURSIONS

• Day excursion to the Argentine Pampas for a *Fiesta Gaucha* just over an hour from the capital; includes transfers, traditional lunch (*Almuerzo Criollo*), pool access, horseback riding, recreational activities, and a folklore show. • Water park

• A package of 8 themed Tango workshops exclusively for the group, led by top instructors from Buenos Aires dance schools.

This is an all-inclusive vacation. It covers round-trip airfare (direct flight from Rome Fiumicino to Buenos Aires Ezeiza and back), round-trip hotel transfers, 4-star hotel accommodation (half-board, double room), and all the tours and entertainment described above (excluding optional activities).
You won't have to worry about a thing... except packing your swimsuit and dance shoes!

VACATION RULES & REGULATIONS*
Please read these regulations carefully regarding the terms of travel.
To participate in the tango study vacation, you must be a member of the InTango association.
Membership is free; simply fill out the request form on the booking page at www.intango.it.
The trip can be purchased via credit card or bank transfer for a total cost of €. 2,980.
Alternatively, you can book the study vacation by paying a €. 900 deposit via bank transfer or credit card
(selecting the relevant option during booking).
Paying the deposit secures your place on the waiting list.
InTango will send trip confirmation via email; the payment made serves as an initial deposit. You may cancel
the booking without penalty by replying to the confirmation email within 20 days to state your withdrawal.
After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance may be paid in voluntary installments, with the final payment due no later than
October 30, 2026. InTango will issue a receipt once payment is complete.
At the time of purchase or booking, you may take out an insurance policy covering trip cancellation due to
*force majeure*. For information on policy terms, please email info@intango.it.
Spaces are limited based on airline availability.
In the event of withdrawal or cancellation after the initial 20-day window, the amount paid will be refunded
minus the €900 deposit; if only the deposit was paid, it will not be refunded. Optional trips to Patagonia or
Iguazú Falls (or other locations in Argentina) that are not included in the base itinerary typically cover
airfare, two nights' hotel accommodation, and breakfast.
Should you decide to travel to one of these locations, the organization will not provide any price adjustment
or refund regarding the "base package" for unused accommodation or meals. For further information,
please email info@intango.it.
Transfers and guided tours not explicitly listed in the program are excluded.
If the required minimum number of participants is not reached, InTango ASD reserves the right to cancel
the trip at its sole discretion at any time, with a full refund of all amounts paid up to that point.
